In an effort to better reflect its service offerings, Website Hosting Solutions announced today that it has changed its name to Phillips Data. This change brings about a new look and some new features, however the companies ownership, management, and staff remain unchanged.
In addition to their name change, Phillips Data is proud to announce the offering of two new high speed dial-up plans and three new feature rich web hosting plans. The new dial-up plans include a California High Speed plan and a National High Speed plan, known as the California Hi-Speed plan, and National Hi-Speed plan respectively. These plans use the web acceleration software known as Slipstream to speed up web browsing and e-mail by up to 5 times. The new web hosting plans include the pd500, pd1500, and pd2500, which run on newer, faster Pentium 4, RAID array servers utilizing the very popular cPanel control panel software.
